Jacquie was recognized at work as a very conservative person who had an excellent work record. Jacquie thanked the Human Resources manager for his helpful and stimulating thoughts and then walked over to the organization's employee's assistance program to discuss her "driving under the influence" arrest, her involvement in irresponsible drinking drinking over the weekend, and her desire to employ a "driving while intoxicated" attorney to represent her "driving while intoxicated" case. After listening to Jacquie's "story", the healthcare professional that was part of the company employee's assistance program went over Jacquie's immediate "action plan" that she needed to understand and follow.
